puck for 6.4

I just took the power puck out of my truck, set my predator to the 80hp tune. It seems to have more power now then when the puck was in. Is there a way to test the puck now that it is out of the truck?? I like the 80hp tune now, where before it didn't seem as good. I was also getting horrible mileage, i guess i'll see how i do with only the predator. (P.S. i have a Diablo dealer in my home town)

I gained 2 miles to the gallon after taking the puck out yesterday, i drove over 600kms(372 miles) today. Please tell me i got a bad puck!!!! There is no way i should lose all that mileage with the puck installed. Can i send my puck to you guys to have a look at it or should i take it to my local dealer?????

I took my puck into my local dealer today. They let me try around one, in seemes to work fine!!! I was loaded up with all my survey gear and two quads on my atv deck, loaded up the turbo and broke loose my 35" pro com's!!! I guess we will see how the mileage will be.
