cant adjust boost percentage on srt-4, any ideas?

can someone please help me soon, driving an srt-4 without getting on it is like driving a kia rio i don't know how long i can take this

i had to lower 20 percent but now doesnt over boost between 4-5 k rpm what did you change, wastegate duty cycle?
