Did you restore the backup to your truck before updating it?
Have you tried loading any of the other tunes from the tool?

thats the thing, its a factory tune from the dealer because i had to get the truck reflashed... so the truck tune is fresh... and the second thing is i can get to any of the tools factory hp tunes. it gives me that error when i click on the performance tune option.

is there any way i can get the tuner to tune my truck, or can i just throw the tuner against the brick wall?
