OK, please contact the dealer you bought it from to return it.

Sorry to hear you have issues. DiabloSport dealers MUST take returns within the first 30 days. That is a requirement. If they refuse, then contact Dan Dolan, the DiabloSport Sales Manager, at 561-908-0040 and he can force them to take the return.

You can see in his pic that he does. There's a big goofy 4gauge connector near the main starter cable.

Ahhh no you haven't. All you've done is unplug it and buy a battery(foolish purchase w/ testing first.)

You need to measure your currrent draw with and without the Trinity pluged in. Doing that would constitute as "adequate troubleshooting."

Whatever other do-dads you have hooked up to your car is what's draining you battery. The extra 120ma from the Trinity just might have just pushed it over the edge but you still have a problem.

ps finnally replaced my battery and I'm leaving the Trinity plugged in and everything is great. :D

I do have an amp hooked up genius, but I never have trouble without that Trinity installed. I could go for days without driving and she was always fine. The foolish purchase was the Trinity, but I sent it back so no harm. When it was monitoring, it lost connection ALL THE TIME anyways, I think the cable was bad also. It's just not a product for me.
