I have a 2006 C6 and my car has never been recognized either.
I just now (Monday October 26) put on the new updates, and my car still says not recognized.

Can I get those files that helped recognize your car?

What do I need to do to make this trinity work on my car? Right now all I can do it just log data and look at guages, not what I was looking for when I purchased this trinity.
