..with the Diablo, you can datalog EVERTHING (it seems)...it didn't seem that way on my old SC....if they had given us custom tuning like they originally promised, I would have stayed with SC (yea, I know the big story..), but with my setup (and weedahoes an others), there is a definite need for custom tuning and I essentially grew out of SC...I don't hate it...just can't use it unless I wanna leave alot of power on the table...

That's an easy one. When Superchips releases their trans tuning and Diablo gets their hands on it and reverse engineers it, pirates it, and then repackages it with their name on it then you will have it. Just like every other Chrysler product they offer. Check out the new Jeep JK stuff, it is a identical knockoff menus and all exactly like Superchips. Unfortunately it is very difficult to patent sotware like this, make one slight change and you can call it yours. Too bad Diablo can't figure anything out on their own. I have a feeling once the Superchips trans tuning comes out that all of Diablos pirating is going to come to an abrupt halt.
This is probably the funniest thing i have ever heard. As far as the trans tuning is concerned, trans tuning in general has become a big issue here as of late. It's one of the high topics on our list now but as far as eta goes i have none of this particular vehicle.

You will be in good hands with a good CMR tuner.

If that is the case, then why doesnt Diablo have TCM support for the new GM Gas Transmission? Bully Dog had TCM support in their products for about 2 years now for the 2007+ GM gas stuff.

I think your username is pretty self evident and your post displays a significant amount of ignorance. DiabloSport has been first to market on many things, including ALL of the newer LX based applications (can you say Challenger?). How about the 3.5L V6 vehicles? Superchips doesnt support it but DiabloSport does, How is that? Superchips only supports up to 2008 for the hemi cars while Diablo supports up to 2010 vehicles, How is that?

I think it is pretty obvious that DiabloSport is a competitive company that is ahead of their competition on a lot of things, but certainly not everything.

If the features and functions of the JK Predator are similar to the Superchips, it is because the Superchips set the benchmark for that application. If the Predator did not let you adjust TPMS and other unique features, then it would be panned as inferior to the Predator. So when they developed it, they wanted to create a competitive product and bingo you have a competitive product.

Good for you man. Im just really wanting the trans tunes because i laid my SC back to stock last night and loaded the DSP and can already tell the loss of some performance. Im hoping I just am missing some parameters on the DSP. But I had no issues registering the DSP, updating it or doing the calibaration.

Thats exactly where I am at now. And I need this DSP to work for me and serve two purposes and a 3rd in the future. I chose it for the datalogging capabilites so I can tune for closed loop. I chose it for its customing tuning capabilites and for the future usage I need DSP to come up with some trans tunes. Ive seen what SC has and can do and let me tell you it is addictive.

Im hoping so. Ive got one picked out and am on the phone with him today. I have the FRI Sidewinder but am changing the KRC 210 either this weekend or next.

I've been trying to get a straight answer from DS with regards to the tranny options and the 545RFE for my Jeep (take a look at this thread):
http://www.diablosport.com/index.php?na ... ic&t=20283

Do you guys know if the Predator or trinity has the ability to raise the shift points and rev limiter as of late? In addition, if the units themselves don't have the capability as of yet, then would these perameters be available via a CMR tune?
