The bottom end still feels good (could use a bit more). The mid to top end felt better than before but needs to be about 2/3rd's more. But it didn't smoke a bit even when i lugged it. I am curious to what's happening are you bumping up fuel pressure, advancing the timing or what? Thanks again for your help.

The ficm might be playing a bigger role now in these newer calibrations then they used too. That may be whats giving the issues now or for whatever reason, your trucks fuel system can not keep up. Try logging fuel pressure desired and actual with the predator and send me that log. That tune had more fuel and a different very aggressive ramp rate. If that thing still isn't smoking then there is an issue that i need need to look into further with these new calibrations. I actually have a truck coming in here probably next week.

How much hp would it be if you maxed out everything that the 6.0 can handle? Keep in mind this is a F-350 reg cab drw w/ a 9' flatbed. What would be the first thing to break?

they SAY the injectors and pump are fairly small on these trucks, but i have scene over 400hp on the stock fuel system and 770ft lbs.I would drive it fairly hard, i wanna look to see if your desired is matching your acutal pressure. If rail pressure begins to drop, it may indicate an issue. Everyone has mixed feelings on these trucks abilities, best to browse the power stroke forums. I believe vxcf9 came out due to the trucks not meeting emissions, hence greated restrictions on fueling for the newer calibrations. I did drive a vxcf9 truck and it did not feel any different then the previous revisions with a tune so..

I would love to put money into this truck BUT if they say these motors can't handle a lot then i don't really want to ruin it. Besides it's just used around the farm so it's no big deal. But it's funny to pull up beside some little 4 banger and blow smoke in on em', then smoke their arse in a dirty old flatbed with a sack of corn on the back. he he he

the trucks are fun and get really good mileage. The weakest points are the head bolts. They stretch when boost levels start getting up there. Also the egr coolers crack and dump coolant into the chambers as well. A lot of people do ARP head studs and egr deletes and make some pretty dependable power on them.

it should save to the predator and then you can export it with dataviewer which can be downloaded here..

last one. This will allow you to view the log on a pc and give you the ability to send it to me.
