2007 Hemi Ram - CMR Trans delete

Mainly what we would like to know is if there is a way to eliminate the p0700 codes and other trans related codes that would result from removing all trans feedback to the pcm once the trans is disconnected from the pcm? I don't want to pull the trigger on the 4l80e swap until this is verified since I still need an inspection. I know I can take eliminate the trans controls right now and it will drive as a manual valvebody, but it would throw the p0700 and related codes which need to be eliminated somehow. Any info would be appreciated.

I don't understand how my truck shifts and responds to trans changes when my tuner makes changes in the software if the tune has been configured for no tcm. Can you please explain and maybe this could fix my trans shifting issues and I wouldn't need to swap the tranny right now.
