mikel any news for my issues yet? I had emailed you the info and havent heard anything yet...

ok i've been keeping track of these every time some one post their's.
all the 04 i have seen have
PCM 56029161AH
and TCM 56028810AE or 56028810AD

I'm having the same problem with mine. I have already spent over two hours on the phone with tech support and loading/reloading crom's into my tuner and force calibrations into my truck. Mike M. sent me a new version to try, but it still reads the same when I try to load a performance tune. The specs are all below. Do these things even work? Or is this a constant issue with having to call tech support every time you want to mess with your vehicle? I just received mine yesterday and so far I'm not impressed with it. Seems like I have wasted 300 bucks.

Dont know what to tell you, I have the same calid problem and they havent been able to help me as of yet. It sucks we are in the same boat here, but hopefully we can get a fix for this problem. I too feel as if I have wasted money on this but all I can do is hope they figure it out.
