I didn't respond to this before.

brandy16 you are the biggest ass I've ever encountered on these or any other forums. You have no idea what the hell you are talking about. Thanks for puking your nonsense all over this thread.

I can see from your posts in other threads that you are generally helpful so I have no idea why you have given me so much b.s. attitude. I don't even know you.

Wow didn't read all of this before. You guys are the only one's I've ever heard say they can hear the EGR? I have heard the MDS and felt MDS kick on and off. But never the EGR? Now as far as ticking go, well that's just the Hemi. Don't know anyone that has not heard their Hemi tick, even on the 6.1.

I've disabled the EGR on my predator just to check this and yep there is still a tick going on? ( I have a 1st gen predator and have not updated the crom to keep the options that are taken away).

Some have said that the tick got worse over time, usually around an oil change time. and when they changed their oil it went away or became alot less noisey. But alas people talk and say alot of things. Can someone post up this EGR tick for us on youtube? This guy your getting upset with may or may not know what he is talking about but to bash a guy for helping well that is just wrong.

The Hemi tick is heard at idle. Not related at all. EGR turns on under light throttle (like when you are crusing through your neighborhood) and sounds like an exhaust leak. Drive with your windows down under light throttle once the engine is completely warmed up. You first hear a single click which is the EGR turning on and then you hear the tick, tick, tick, etc... which sounds like an exhaust leak because it's sort of what it is. If you turn EGR off with the Predator you will no longer hear it at all under any circumstances.
