I was wondering just how to take the TM off. and how bad it is on my drivetrain also I thought you could not change those settings on the allison trans.

Under the modify tune section of the tool you will have 3 parameters relating to TM. Any of them can be turned off to disable the TM. To completely disable the TM, you need to turn all 3 off.
This can lead to accelerated wear of the tranny if abused regularly.
