I always run Union 76 Premium, but all week I ran the pull-up-and-pump version 96 octane racing fuel from the local fuel supplier before the dyno tune, a fortune.

how much per gallon did that set you back?

DAMN! what size tank do the challengers have? i haven't had to pay that much for gas since it went up nation wide like 2 years ago. for shell 93 i was paying very close to that. the 8th mile track has a few different grades available up to like 110 but they are mega expensive

it's 19 gallons, but it was at 3/8 of a tank....

Dyno doesn't mean anything. Its nice for boasting but thats about it. My Jeep only put down 392 to the wheels on the dyno, yet it runs 11's.

Yes dyno tuning is ideal, but the numbers don't tell the whole story. Its more about the power under the curve then the peak numbers.
