ok, im at work right now, i will call andy here in a little while and get him to print me one off and take it to my appartment. should i scan it and email you a copy? i dont have a fax machine at home but i may can find one

just got back from vacation, pulling my camper without any kind of tune on there just sucked. i got an average 12mpg. i have the invoice he gave me in the truck, ill scan it and email it to that link you posted. then what should i do next?

After you e-mail the invoice, you must call them. Be prepared to be on hold for a while........... You will need to have the tool powered up (plug into OBD port) and when they pick-up, they will walk you through the button-pushing sequence to reset your tool......
