If you can post up a copy of the last tune written fromthe Predator I'll gladly provide a custom tune to fix the issue.
Thanks

Is the 2011 4.7 with flex fuel supported? I just sold my 05 Dodge 4.7 and would like to reuse the tuner if possible.
Thanks!

Ok, we finally got the truck back so that I can get you what you need to fix the issues.
He is trying to run the standard 87 octane tune.

problem is that there is no throttle response and the "check gauges" light comes on constantly (gauges are all correct)
Thanks

Sorry, but if anything its worse...
Check gauges light is still on and now it idles high (over 1000rpm in neutral) and surges at idle.
On initial startup the truck has moderate throttle response, but after about 15 seconds it starts to surge and throttle response goes to nothing. (if you hit the gas the truck will almost stall)

OK, are you 110% sure you loaded it properly?
If so, please try this one:

I am as sure as I can be...
I understand that you have to ask, but we have been installing yalls tunes and working with Predators for a little over 3 years.
I will load the tune here in a sec and let you know.
Thanks

so far, no bueno...
I am reloading the tune from scratch to see if there is something going goofy.
Feel free to school me if there is a special something I am supposed to be doing. I never know so much that I cant still learn.
I save the files under the customer name so that I dont mess anything up - original backup goes in its own sub-file and custom tunes go in a sub-folder of their own.
Normally I will just load the new tune over the old tune and let it do its thing. This time, just to be sure, I have restored the original backup and loading the tune from there.
I do appreciate your time... thank you!

newest file didnt seem to matter much.
Idle is still all over the place and it almost acts like its misfiring at lower rpms (it isnt, but the idle has that rhythmic sound like a miss)
At startup the engine goes to 1700rpm for about 30 seconds then drops to 1100, then the surge really kicks in.
Check gauges light is still on within about 15 seconds of starting the truck (I checked, all the gauges are reading well within the "normal" range)
With revision "A", the throttle would work for about 100 feet or so, now the throttle doesnt work at all - if you floor it the truck will stall.
Loaded the factory tune back in and went for a drive just to make sure that it isnt the truck doing something stupid.
Trying to give you as much info as I can think of, hope I am not just muddying the water.
Thanks!
