Just bumping this so it doesn't get lost, although seems to be getting there anyways......a month out....still "working on it" I take it? Seriously nothing yet? I am willing to send this in to get "reprogrammed" or whatever, but I am sort of tired of waiting and waiting and waiting.........to put it nicely.

id like to know the answer too. my 04 wont work with the new claid eaither.

I'm having the same problem installing my old predator on my friends 06. It is definitely set back to stock but it's not working. Help

We called diablo and he said i needed to go back and update the calibration ID which I thought I already did. I tried it again and it worked no problemo

I am not able to do anything.....whenever I hit performance tune or troubleshooting it just goes to that same message.....It shows that it has the 9r08 update though. how did you update the cal id Starchief? Just curious if that is another route I could try. I did that for sure on my updater. And whenever I plug it into the computer now it just reads the same "can not get calibration id TCM". Over a month with a junk tuner doesn't exactly appeal to me....anything to get this working would be nice....I am riding the fence on just taking a hit and selling it as needs fixed to someone with an astounding level of patience to deal with this. Especially when I have been notified that it isn't gonna happen by people on other forums that have had non working tuners for way longer than I have with no fix. I am just praying that isn't the case with this one.

Go to the website that it says to go to. I think it's diablosport.com/cmx or something like that. Make sure your tool is plugged in and the diablo program deal is open. I forget exactly how but on the diablo program you'll see a thing at the bottom that says calibration update or something. The calibration update is different than the tune update

Yeah, I had done that. Problem now is when I plug the tuner into the computer the downloader won't do anything. It recognizes the tuner is plugged into the USB, but it locks up, and the tuner just flashes that same message.

Yes, ours was doing that same thing. Try it all again. We spent over 3 hours trying to get the damn thing to work and we finally got it

bump......still nothing? 6 weeks out now......getting ready to start making some phone calls to make a difference. This needs to be taken care of. I have been nice to this point.

Same issue here was fine on seperate vehicle prior to update and just freezes program upon connection with serial and flashes same message on unit. Was told should be update in day or two, been a few since then...

U7137 fixes are a #1 priority at the moment, and I have a few trucks in here for testing now.
