First off, I'm no expert. And I never said anyone deserves any problems. I'd be pissed if I were in your situation also. I have no idea what could have caused your situation. BUT I thought that maybe being honest with the guys trying to fix your truck MAY be a better route considering your work situation. It probably won't help now considering all the work they've done already. I always try to help anyone that has a problem, not because I'm an expert, but because I know a little, and I know someday I'm gonna need help also. Alot of guys mod the heck outta their trucks, run into a problem, remove everything, take it to the dealer and play innocent. All this does is cost every other truck buyer more money in the end. My truck is modded so much I don't even think about taking her to the dealer.38short wrote:You know thats why i came on the forum to get input from people. I don't know if you're on another forum I kind of recognize your user name from somewhere else and you r'e some kind of diesel expert. No answer on the part in question No answer on when the truck will run again Not working week and a half and counting . I"m getting pisssed.
I understand your frustration and no you don't deserve this especially since you just tried one little mod and got screwed. I was gonna recommend disconnecting batteries, but I read you already did that...
Good luck and keep us informed as to what happens.
