Haven't heard ANYTHING in two weeks! I want a refund on this useless product!!!!

Trinity technicians, Do you have any ideal of when this new calibration will be completed? Estimated time frame....?

Ok seriously, you guys need to get this dang Ford 6.4L programs workin on the trinity i have never in my life had this many problems and i am loosing customer b/c of this.... its a great program WHEN it works.....

and of course these guys above ask a simple question and almost a week later no awnser man your techs are on top..... not to mention yhe ones on the phone seem lazy and rude....

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I'VE EVER HAD THE DISPLEASURE OF DEALING WITH! ALL YOUR REPS ARE AS USELESS AS THIS PRODUCT AND I'VE NOW MADE IT A POINT TO LET PEOPLE LOOKING INTO PURCHASING TUNERS THAT DIABLO SPORT IS BY FAR THE WORST OPTION THEY COULD EVER CONSIDER BUYING. I'M AMAZED THAT THIS COMPANY IS STILL RUNNING CONSIDERING HOW THEY TREAT THEIR CUSTOMERS!

any news on the update for us its been over a month. are you guys having problems with tuning the new PCM update.
give us little heads up on when its going to be done and please dont just tell us that you are working on it

What a surprise, no response in almost three weeks and I'm willing to bet zero progress on an update. What a worthless group of individuals "working" for this company. Crazzydevil if it's not too late for you get your money back, these guys are a joke!

Sir, I have been replying to the threads involving the Predator side, which is the same issue with a different tool.
I apologize for not updating this thread with the same info.
