Yours is the TB Spacer. Pull that POS off. What is the purpose of using a PLASTIC spacer to isolate the TB from a PLASTIC manifold? All it does is make a whistle and make tuning more difficult.

Use it as a door stop. Thats all its good for.

Great response! It was on the car when I bought it. The issue is present with or without it.

Let’s get back to the issue at hand. Seems to me quite a few folks out there have the issue and it would seem you can not adjust/increase a fixed idle using the tool.

Excuse me for helping. Only been working with Hemis for the past 5 years and seen the stupid spacers cause more problems then they're worth.
