InTune porblems!!!

ive also used multiple email accounts. one being yahoo and one being bellsouth,net niither ever go through in my inbox or spam box. i get nothing. the registration doesnt say anything about a bad email address on either.

Also... (lol lots of posts I know...) I've tried this on a PC with windows 7, a PC with windows XP and my Macbook... but the software isn't supported for Mac? I couldn't do anything on my Mac. Couldn't even get the registration form to show up.

i get other emails as well from diablo sport but the one i need!

I just talked to Jon at Diablo. He said that there's an issue getting them out of the server or something like that. You should be able to connect it to your vehicle and tune still. I however can't because I get the (-5) error.

Nothin'. No gmail no Yahoo No Hotmail no Outlook email.

Try to send it to [email protected], I know this will go through. Do you have some super protective anti virus software on your pc??

Anti-virus won't prevent an email from being delivered.

I am still having the same problems. I also tried multiple email accounts including gmail, yahoo, and my home isp. Not going to spam or junk mail. The correct vin comes up when I look at vehicles on the intune, but it just gives the (-5) error still. I'll be available after one pm tomorrow if there is something I can do to help the troubleshooting process.

ive tried different emails, different computers, different operating systems and still doesnt work on registering. there needs to b a better way to register. my intune said it updated when i plugged it up after tryin to install on my jeep. but im not sure even if it did. tried plugging it back up to my jeep and it was going to let me install until i get the awesome error (-5) code. nothing has literally worked for this intune, nothing!

I will handle this problem with JUST 1 person first to see EXACTLY what is going on. @ramshaw01 do you have any instant messangers that we can use so we can work together in real time?
