Ok, open DataViewer and click on the help tab and then click on about DataViewer, what version does it say?
What version of Windows do you have ? Do you know if it is 32 bit or 64bit ? Do you have Office installed ? What version?

OK....I have the dataviewer # 3.3.0.8, windows 7 64bit, and I have microsoft office starter 2010 in my list of programs. Am I doing good so far??

you don't have permissions set correctly on your PC....

you need to turn of the UAC on Windows7... UAC is the User Access Control...

When you installed your software for your diablosport ... right from the beginning, did you just install it or did you install it using
" RUN AS AN ADMINISTRATOR"
-if you just installed it, remove it all and then restart your computer
-then either re download the programs to your desktop or go to the downloads section of your computer. Then right click each program as you wish to install and select from the popup window "RUN as ADMINISTRATOR" this will give the program admin rights and the permissions you are looking for.

your issue can/will be resolved if you follow all the info/instructions in those threads... this is an issue with your PC setup, not a software issue... you need to get things setup correctly on your PC...

Woohooo!! I got the logredux to work..... BUT... The recommended injector slope was -8 and I read in some of Lews posts that it is too much for the Monte!! Is there any way to adjust somewhere else? And what % needs to be logged on WOT in order to get a good log?

And Thank you "Ill BORN SS" and "06MonteSS" for the help and being patient with me. Now I have alot of tune questions lol ...Sorry!!

nice!!! woohoo!!! hahaha...

no, nowhere else to adjust for that.. need a custom tune to have the MAF sensor table adjusted instead...

also, you have any mods like CAI, exhaust? check them, make sure all clamps/bolts are TIGHT so that there are no air leaks anywhere... an air leak can/will cause high LTFT's like you're getting...

Thanks, I'll check for leaks!! I don't have any mods, the predator is my first mod but would like cold air box and a different exhaust!! And I'll have to wait for a custom tune....when I win the lottery...or the boss gives me more money, and by "boss" ..I mean "work boss" AND "home boss". Do you ever have a special on those cool tunes or same price always??

I would really like to see what your tune does to my car so I'll have to save my pennies and try and have you do it and hopefully it happens before I wind up trading it off. It only has 40,000 miles on it so I'm thinking about keeping it!! But I really want a newer Camaro. lol
