Intune locks up when I go to Write vehicle!!!!!

I'm glad it seems it can be corrected. I've just received my inTune and I'm having the same problem. It hangs as soon as I choose the "Write Tune" option.

Looks like I'll just call Tech Support tomorrow.

Yup, having problems getting past the "turn the key" stage with my 06 Charger. Going to try turning the key on before I hit that phase, hopefully it'll work. Otherwise I'll be talking with tech support tomorrow.

Called tech-support and all was resolved in about twenty minutes. Thanks very much guys, I appreciate it!

Ugh. So I called tech support today and went through the process of getting it to not freeze up anymore. But when I went to write the vehicle it told me that my PCM Calibration is not currently supported. I was told to update on my computer, but I have a Mac. So I had to call back as it obviously couldn't update... my mistake. I called back to the tech support and spoke with Vas and he said that I would have to send some info so he could write me a code, and then email it back to me. From there I would be able to drag the new code to the tuner and be all set. A waited around for a few hours but never received an email back. Maybe my email didn't go through? Don't know.

So I took a drive down to my friends so I could use his PC to update. Went through the normal issue (it seems) of getting the drivers to instal and such, but I was able to get to the interface that tells me my InTune is up to date.

Took it back outside to my car, plugged it in again... and it froze up again. Frustrating.

I have a busy day tomorrow, but I'll try and give tech support a call again in the morning (pacific).

Hopefully it'll be resolved on day three, 3rd times the charm right?

Got it, the tuner was locked up again. Took a few try's but Vas was able to walk me through it and get everything straightened out. Thank you Vas! Can't wait to take it for a drive. Thanks again

My wifes GXP freezes when it goes to write to it as well. I had to try all the maps and I was only able to get one of the tunes to take and that was after hours of trying. Now if I try to uninstall it it wipes out the ecu and the whole car becomes a brick so I can't even return the damn thing. I hate seeing that other people are having issues, but it's good to know I'm not the only one.
