When you open the cd drive, what exactly do you see eg.(documents folder, auto run,diablosport,intune icon,intune icon,xml file)
With the inTune connected of course.
Only one thing to say about my "Diablew" Tune!

CD drive may be a little confusing since you plug the InTune into a USB port. I had a little trouble finding it at first until I realized what to do......
If it is not showing up on it's own, Did you try to go to "my computer" and click on the drive that is labeled for your "USB" port? That's where you will find it because the InTune plugs into a USB port on your computer.

also, OLD versions of windows or old service packs may not support the CD ROM drive, and update to SP3 may be required.

After being on the phone with John @DS for about 45 minutes trying numerous things we deliberated that the cd file was corrupted and had to download another version. All is good now and I wasn't crazy lol. Thank you John for the help and everybody that posted here.

Is there a folder with a picture of the inTune when you go to my computer and go into the inTunes cd drive? There should be two, ones just a pic fil and the other is the actual executable file. Right click on that one and run as the administrator. If that one doesn't work try the other. It took me a bit to figure it out as well.

I recently purchased my first itune programmer. I followed the directions to adjust my tire size for speedometer calibration. After reading the manual and little reseach, I wanted to make some custom changes. I plugged the itune in and started to backup original program like the manual said. now the itune says the vehicle is notconnected to a vehicle and my truck will not do anything. it will not start, NOTHING! i was on hold with tech support for an hour and a half before i finally hung up. What do i do?

try unplugging your negative battery cable from the battery for about 20 minutes... then reconnect it and see if the vehicle starts...

if not, you'll have to call tech support Monday... and yeah, if you tried calling them around the time that you made your post, they were long gone man, so it's no wonder you were on hold...

hours of operation are Mon-Fri, 9am - 6pm Eastern Time...

WHY are the bc= and the id= opposite for each tool

ANY IDEA WHY... all the xml files posted with this problem seem to have the restore (id= and the bc=) REVERSED... should they not all be the same across all platforms/updates?

hmmm...I would imagine that its a difference between itf versions, but I'll look into it.

Just a little more info on this Mikel, I went back thru all the stuff I saved and since new all my xml files show as bc=/id= even after all the updates. This is using the unit on a GM.
So assuming that everyone is getting the same updates and they are (unless the dcx files are different from the getgo). So someone is getting a new unit and it shows bc=/id= and after they hook up it changes and becomes corrupt. Therefore showing id=/bc after connecting and acuiring vehicle info.

Dear Mike,
I have a Jeep Wrangler 2006 Sport 4.0l automatic, when i press write tune it freezes. Talked to the guy on the phone " coasted me about 15$ because am calling from Amman, Jordan :l " made a reset for the tool, then I updated it and plug it again and the I have the same problem. Pls help me with this issue.
