The first thing to try would be to install 3.1.5.0 from the sticky thread at the top of this forum. I see from your runtime that you have 3.1.4.1 installed, and there have been quite a few changes to the communications layer since then.

Whoop, I got you confused with someone in another thread. Ignore my runtime.txt comment. Have you had any luck?

The DataViewer sometimes takes several seconds to shutdown because it is trying to release control of the Predator. This message pops up when you try and restart the DataViewer before the previous instance has completed shutdown.
