Drove about 75 miles or so today, lights came back on. whats next?

please post the current last tune written fromthe tool now.

ok it will be a few days till i get truck back and i will post them thanks guys

here are my current files. The truck now has CAI, Short Headers, Catback exhaust.
Running Diablo tune and 91octane

each file you have posted has had the tire size changed, drastically, in different directions, whats up with that?

first tune you posted had it set for shorter than stock tires, and now it is set for like 40" tires?

ok..uhm..well i have not changed any parameters other than DOD and speed limiter in ANY of the tunes I've done, and the last few I have ran as tuned without any changes, so what does this mean?

It means there may be something wrong with the tuner. Tire size should not change UNLESS you go into adjustable parameters and change the sizes on your own.

When you check the tool, what does it say in the tire size setting? Does it show any size.

1) how do i check tire size?

2) what do i need to do now?

he's checking it out...I have a PCM on my bench with your VIN in it for testing this.
