It seems that it is something specific to the truck (not the tuner) and that in order to troubleshoot it they would need to have the truck in their shop (or one of the other '09's having the same issue). Until such time, there really isn't much they can do. Although this sucks, I did appreciate the honesty that Vas gave me and also that I could return the inTune for a full refund. He said to keep checking in every couple of weeks and hopefully they can get their hands on one of these problematic trucks soon and come up with a solution. Again, shitty but better to return it for a refund and to call in and see if they have fixed the problem then having a $400 paper weight with no solution to the problem.
One final note - he also did inform me that a guy that called in a few weeks ago with the exact same issue used a Predator tuner with no issues whatsoever on the same truck. The predator has all of the same box tunes as the inTune and is cheaper to buy as well.
Hope this helps some of you guys out and at least you know versus not having the information and getting frustrated. Thanks for your help Vas, appreciate your honesty and good customer service!

I have the Trinity and that works great on my 09 Ram, the intune on other hand has not worked at all. I have done all the updates and installed the lastest release that mike posted and still nothing. Problem is I purchased it from an online store and I am passed their return policy so I guess I have a $400 dollar paper weight until someone can get in there to work on the issue.
