tcm/tranny is not supported

ok just went and did the whole thing agian here we go

ok picked a tune
it saves the orignal pcm and tcm
then when writing to the pcm it writes fine
then when writing to the tcm it gets to 99% then goes to the warning screen
to options continue or more info (i already posted what it says in more info)
if i hit continue then it brings me to a sreen that says :
Modify stock tune
(install tune)
(modify tune)
i hit install tune it brings me to a screen that says :
unable to get calibration id TCM : Please make sure the key is on Do not start engine
(continue) i hit that the screen says :
Please unplug the tool and try again (continue) i hit that : restarts the trinity
then the main srceen pops up with your Warning screen i hit accept
then it says : The last tune did not finish the original will be restored : i hit Ok
then it says: Restore original backup now? i hit yes
then it writes to pcm : it finishs
then it writes to tcm : it finishs
the it say : restore and reset done

ok lol thats it oh and the tune i was trying to install was just the modifiy original

are you 100% sure it is on the new revision?
options/tool info.
