I love it. just about tossed my diablo out the window the other day ... I would have been stuck at the 100 hp program forever ... thing wouldn't boot up ... must not like the cold weather... tick tock tick tock tick tock ... dp-tuner here I come ... soooooooon

If your tool would not power up, you likely have a blown cig lighter fuse.
Thanks

just so you know.........when people are doing a "google" on tuners and tuner forums......this forum comes up.............so anyone looking at it before purchasing a tuner will be reading about our pain......well you know.........lets face it .......people spend huge amounts of time gathering data about products they want to purchase.......readings reviews......checking forums........if i read this forum before i bought mine, i would have skipped it.......but that's just me.........the good thing about this is it's like free advertising for DP TUNER!........who's running the show over there?

Something to consider is that DiabloSport's policy is to allow negative comments here in the forum. Can our competitors say the same? Something to investigate before plunking your money down.

so you think how companies run a forum will entice sales?...........i always thought customer support was more important.....tell me.......how long do you think myself (and others) should wait for a crom update before getting pissy and crankin on diablo?.......i have been waiting for 9 months.......the last attempt to flash the 128 tools(8r01) was horrid.......couldn't even drive the truck with that crom in........department of transportation would pull you over for smoke.........so when i lend my truck out, and the person who took it says there something wrong, it's got a wicked flatspot, what should i say........ya, i know......the program in the tuner needs a little tweek........been waitin 9 months.......or do i say......hey, it's ok......they let me post negative stuff on there forums.......dudes, come on!........what ever happened to just making it right.......we are all human and mistakes are to be made for sure.......got a crappy crom written for the 7170 128k tools.........ok.......i can live with that......no ones perfect.......it's what you do about that will set you apart......

I've got crappy shifting issues with my 99 SD in 60hp tune, touchy throttle right off bottom with the 85hp program.
My 99 7.3 has intake, 4" ex., Precision billet convertor w/ shift kit, shifted great with Edge Evolution Prog., bought the Predator because some Dodge boys I know were bragging them up.
Tranny skips, searches, mushy shiftting, while accelerating in the 60hp tune, I'd leave it on the 85 hp tune where shifting is better, but can't hardly drive in town because of touchy throttle response right off idle, bout lurches me into traffic.
Any help for these problems? Been living with this weirdness since buying this tuner this summer, finally decided to look into it, from sounds of some other peeps on this forum, I'm not alone.

Will keep watching this post mikel, maybe something can be updated to take care of this. Let me know if I can help with any diagnoses, will be in truck this week playing with other programs.

100 hp program doesn't really seem to do anything, 85 hp pulls hardest but throttle is too damn touchy off bottom to use it much.
