negative. only has a cb radio, and trailer brakes. disconnected both and tried again. even disconnected both batteries hoping something would reset and nothing.

trailer brake is a likely issue, make sure it is fully disconnected from the factory harness, not just 12V.

i physically disconnected the trailer brake from the harness personally. still nothing.

I hate to keep saying this, but there has to be something wired up inthe truck, that did not come from GM, that is causing this issue..try pulling fuses?

already pulled fuses everything checked out fine. how about diablosport checks the took out for me. haven't been able to change tunes in 3 weeks. I've sent it in before.

the ones in the manual, radio, radio amp, and info.
