2011 Dodge ram shifting issues...when's the fix coming?

Ok, your offering a fix for DS to look at and I want download it.

no, the tune filei posted is not a fix for DS to look at.

the file is an example of a tune properly set up to shift WOT at 6000rpm, but NOT shifting at 6000rpm, so DS can see what is happening in the log of the shifts, and hopefully figure out what is wrong with the tuner, or the tune template, or whatever else could cause this shifting issue.

If I decide to try a custom tune I would email you but I'm not WOT much just looking at cruising knk and MPGs in town.

cruising knock can be stopped with custom tune. MPG may be able to increase vs canned tune, but not likely.

custom shift points with more sensitive downshifts will make your truck more responsive.

Hey bro hopefully they get this fixed sometime this year LOL but been busy at work and kinda gave up on the trail tunes.....I guess when they give the green light on the fix I will get back with you and continue to work with you if you know what I mean.

hey Man, I hope it's fixed soon. VVT Hemi's pull hard up top, it's a bummer you can't get past 5800.

I was trying to give DS more info to work with.

been thinking about doing another trial tune for ya, see if the template has been updated.

Any news? I'd really like my truck to shift at 5900 like I program it to instead of 5600-5700 depending on how the computer feels that day. I've been waiting patiently and asking for some kind of update for this since October with no fix yet in sight.

I've been having the same issue I bought the trinity to boost my performance not loose it. I've ran the same guy three times before I got the tuner by a truck length at least I installed it and and he has beat me 4 times by at least shalt of a truck length every time that means I've lost a truck and a half in the quarter. I've posted on just about every thread I could think of asking where I should start with my shift points and no response from anyone at diablo other than plug it in set the octane lvl one let her rip. all I've been able to rip is a hole in my wallet where I lost $586 through. I really want to keep this thing but where is the support? Oh yeah they say its coming! My truck surges from 2-3 at around 5750 @ 65 - 70mph and when it comes out of 3rd if feels like stumbles for a second like it is confused. Ill pay for a custom tune money isn't the problem not that i got plenty of it I just want what I paid for!

We have not had a truck in here to try this on.
The tunes seem to be making the proper adjustments, so it takes some digging to sort out.

I don't understand why you would release something that hasn't been "tested or looked into" am I missing something? Bully dog came out with a tune but it took them longer and I was worried to jump in and buy one of theirs because y'all had it out longer and I couldn't find any bad reviews on your equipt but after thinking back I didn't really get any good feed back either hope I didn't make a mistake. I had a bully dig in my 2007 ram with a 5.7 hemi and it would smoke anything in its class WTF ? Please bring a truck in and do some more test I think you owe me and your other hemi truck customers that. The worst publicity is bad publicity. Please help us an I'm sure we will let everyone out here y'all are BAD ASS and ill have people buying your equipt because they want to be like me! But of you can't help us ...

It's obviously not making the changes or I wouldn't be posting asking for help. I offered to drive down there so you could look into in person. I've had this problem since buying the Trinity new when Diablo first announced tuning for 2011 Chrysler PCMs. It's not working properly, if I set my WOT shift points to anything above 5900 it bounces off the rev limiter for both the 1-2 and 2-3 shift. I want the tranny to shift at 5900 and the only reason I try setting above that is because it still shifts at the stock 5600 shift points when I set it at 5800 or 5900.
