Help with U7137 (transmission to tool failed )

its much cheaper if i buy new one , as i mentioned i live in jordan

I just order a diablo predator u7137x for my dodge 2007 hemi sport and the programmer is making my truck shift really hard. how do I change that and if there is away to change it. if I have to download a custom tune how do I do that? thanks Ronnie

to get a custom tune you have to contact a cmr tuner--- TSS did a few custom tunes for me here is the link and they have prices listed as well

when I go to tuningsuperstore.com it all ways tells me error on page when I try to get a custom tune. any suggestions are why its doing that?

Just a thought but can you lower the transmission (baud) rate? Sometimes when uploading to routers and such a lower baud rate helps to stabilize transmission. If it's an option try it.
