cuz, we're gonna leave the PE settings alone at 0... and once we get the fuel trims dialed in for the normal driving/cruise at part throttle, the WOT PE fueling will fall in line and you'll be fine/safe...

Ok so I took the after market maf sensor off and put the stock one back on. I also read the post on logging and adjusting injector slope. In it it tells you to log (video tape in my case) air fuel ratio, commanded throttle position, engine speed, long term fuel trim bank 1 & 2, oxygen sensor voltage bank 1 sensor 1 and bank 2 sensor 1, spark advance, and total knock spark retard. It also tells you to get a good log at 20% throttle and then a good log at WOT. I don't have the option to view air fuel ratio, or commanded throttle position. For spark advance I just have spark which I am assuming is the same and for total knock spark retard I just have knock retard which I am also assuming is the same. So what I got from above is to just video tape it at 20% throttle to see what it is doing and not worry with at wide open throttle? Which options should I be paying attention to when I am video taping the data since I don't have a/f ratio or commanded throttle position? Thanks for the help!

k, you must have some throttle position parameter... accelerator position??

need to monitor the throttle / accelerator position and long term fuel trims bank 1 and bank 2

I have tp angle....is that what I need to monitor? If so, I need to log long term fuel trims bank 1 and 2 when the tp angle is at 20%? I don't need to worry about short term fuel trims or anything else I can monitor and I don't need to monitor at WOT yet? Thanks

if that's the only thing you have for throttle position, then yeah, use that I guess...

nope, don't need to worry about STFT's or anything...

alright...I logged the real time data...at 65mph and the throttle position at 20% the long term fuel trims were at 2.34% and 3.91% but were at 2.34% most of the time. The spark was between 41 and 44 degrees during the log. What do you think I need to adjust?

you can adjust your injector slope to -3%....

I adjusted the injector slope and now the long term fuel trims are running at 0. My question is why couldn't I have turned up the spark rather than turn down the injector slope?
