Chrysler has been impossible to deal with since Fiat bought them. Join the majority and tell them to fuck off and move on. Instead of an overpriced, underperforming, Jeep SRT8, buy an X5M, ML63, Cayenne Turbo or the like. Instead of an inferior Charger or 300 SRT8, buy a CTS-V, M5 or E63. You get a better vehicle, more power, and none of the Chrysler or Fiat bullshit. Hell, you're in Australia. You can get an HSV Holden! If they were sold here, nobody would buy the Chryslers!

At this point, I wouldn't drive another SRT if they gave it to me for nothing. Been there, done that, moved on when they fucked up.
Sorry mate, but I have to laugh at the suggestion of an HSV Holden... I hate Holden for starters, but seriously who comparatively would pay $US85,000 for 570HP 4 seater Holden 2014 GTS sedan?? I wouldn't touch either Ford or Holden's performance sedan series frankly- big heavy barges. At least at $US70,000 for the 2014 SRT Jeep or say at most $US50k for a fully loaded SRT 300c, your paying fair money for the level of performance vs build quality. For the record, I still wouldn't buy a SRT 300c, I can't stand the way they look(dislike the look more than local Holden or Ford sedans). If I was going anywhere near the sedan category, I'd take a SRT Charger over the rest- that's if Chrysler had offered it here. Pity GM Holden never had the balls to offer the far superior Cadillac product here. Plus both M5 and E63, sure if you want to jump up into the $US200k plus Euro sport sedan category! At least the 2014 Jeep SRT represents astonishing level performance, plus standard equipment for the money, essentially thanks to all the trickle down Mercedes equip in them. I have owned first gen Range Rover Sport S/C and a Porsche Cayenne Twin Turbo, all costing a small fortune here compared to the 2014 Jeep. I know what I'm getting for the money and it's really something compared to say a current series ML63 @ $US161K or the new revised 2014 Range Rover Sport s/c @ $US146K!! and forget the Cayenne Turbo these days at well over $US200k!!!! I had planned to move the Jeep on after a little while, but I find it a compelling buy in our market and may keep it for some time. ECU tune or not, refitting my true CAI and TB, plus a Kooks header back system will get the thing performing to a level no one would argue with for an SUV of that the money!

I guess the real question is "will the already out 2014 be supported as soon as the 2013 is?"No, they changed it again, but we are on top of it.

Not trying to be smart, but what does 'on top of it mean' regarding the 2014 bootloader, comparitive to fact the 2013 tune is still being finalised? Will it happen close to the availability (whenever that's going to be) of the 2013 tune, or will it be some time further down the track till we see a 2014 tune?

Must be a lot harder sorting SRT tunes than Audi RS series tuning, since the 2014 RS6 only hit the market in europe 4 months ago, 2 major German tuners, plus a couple of minor ones have all launched ECU tunes for it last month..I expect by the time mine arrives in Oct or Nov, my local euro tuner will have an ECU Tune ready from his German affils..However, I get the sense I could still be here waiting for a 2014 SRT tune.
if you want to send me your PCM (and pay what those guys charge), I'll flash it on the bench right now. Easy. What those guys are doing is a little simpler, as they are not mass producing a product that has to work in 1000s of different vehicles. I bet it would take them YEARS to create something that does what inTune/Trinity do, and then it would just work on one Audi PCM. Making it work on as many different PCMs as we do is a feat unto itself :)

Thanks Mike, appreciate what you're getting at and applaud your mass market strategy that brings such a platform to a broad base. However, I must point out you are most definitely right in saying that I'd happily give my car, the SRT Jeep, to a local tuner to personally custom dyno-tune my car if it came to that -at a cost no doubt significantly above $1000. In all honesty, I have no reason or want to have a trinity console and it's nifty in-built, consumer accessible interface in any of my vehicles. That's what I pay tuners and mechanics for as a rule, to tune the car precisely, for what it's fitted with and to the suit locally avail premium fuel. I'd still be quite happily use your 'canned' Diablosport tune in my 2014 SRT Jeep if were to be made avail in a 'plausible' time frame though. Perhaps though, I should just speak to some hands-on tuners here locally and see if they have any ability to custom tune current Chryslers. We have some really talented local tuners and the SRT platform has become highly popular due to it's 'bang for buck' price point. I do very much doubt there will be a local solution really, as I reckon I'd have read about it by now somewhere frankly and have more than a few contacts in tuning. But still, I'm happy to send my current 'paperweight' Trinity 1000 back for a refund if its the easier option?

There is no such ability to tune these cars locally without our tools and CMR software....

Yeah that seemed pretty obv to me. As I mentioned, I'm sure I'd have otherwise heard if any workshop based custom tuning was available for these ECUs. Short of disabling my car by ripping out the ECU and sending it to you guys for an on the bench custom tune at whatever price that would be, I guess we are back to just waiting patiently for you guys to finalise trinity software these obv annoyingly challenging ECU's.

Additional feature request on 13 and 14 Jeep Grand Cherokee.

Feature to adjust Air Suspension. Such a feature would allow adjustment of speed thresholds, where the Jeep automatically lowers.

This would allow the air suspension to stay at the ride height selected, throughout the speed range.

Is this possible?

Well unfort my T1000 is going to remain on the shelf for a long time, I've got no more cars for it. I've had 3 dealers attempt to totally screw me on my trade from 2200Km '13 Vapor to '14 SRT (trades ranging from $12K to $22K :x ). I've had enough with Jeep dealers and am just going to sit back and wait till the '14 Audi RS6 turns up. '13 has been taken into stock against next car.
