How to reset the registry ?

please give us a call with the tool powered up in the vehicle.

I just got my new I-1000. i hooked it up to computer for updating, and it seemed to do that fine. it then went to registration page, and that's where it all stopped. i filled out the registration information, and then waited for the registration code to get to my email that i registered with, but i never got the email. i press resend code to email, but then it says

"You must provide at least one recipient email address."

but there is no where to input this information. so i go back go registration page to input email, but says already registered, and still no email for registration code.

what do I do now??
