2013 Trinity support is here!!

so has this happened to anyone else yet?? updated my t-1000 last night installed tune everything got accepted
and then after starting engine I get the P0601 code and car will not run it starts up barely then dies a few seconds later!!! I have installed tons of programmers and know that A/C, radio, lights ect.. needs to be turned off I even disconnected my amp to make sure there was now extra power draw coming from anywhere its not rocket science. took car to the shop this morning to find out that my pcm is ruined. so brand new car with less than 6000miles not cool at all what should I do now?? send the tuner back and give up!!! Btw im not bagging on anybody I love diablo and all the technology they are able to generate I just wish this wouldn't have happened. I also have a 2013 Durango RT that id like to put the T-1000 on just want to make sure this isn't going to damage that pcm as well!!

waited 5 months for this update..

now told I need to spend $179 to have my trinity reset because it is still married to the charger I traded in long ago.

How are we taking advantage of you? By not returning the original backup to your previous vehicle, you will have to pay for an unlock. You traded the vehicle in with a tune to the dealer.

Follow the update instructions on our instruction page. Run the DS Downloader and select update tool. The update will be automatically downloaded

No because you don't send it anywhere. They do it over the phone. Then you can plug it in and update it yourself.

but till now it shows me:

trinity dcx_gas does not support

tool update might be available

i don't know what's wrong with it

it may need a reflash but i don't know how to do it

I have sent the information over to engineering. This is a newer calibration I.D. that we do not yet support. We will work on getting this resolved ASAP.
