Did not use setting for the tire size

I am having this same issue. I have a 2013 Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland AWD. Bought unit because I needed to change tire size since I got larger tires. Installed tune, changed tire size then ABS light came on immediately. Found this thread, put stock tune back on, ABS light still on. Updated Trinity to trinity_dcx_gas-1r11e installed tune and ABS light is still on. I called support on 5/27/2014 and was told I would receive an email on what to do, still have no email and have ABS light on!! I am leaving stock tune on for now. Have a $600 paperweight. If not resolved I will return it!!

Any updates on this issue? I changed tune to 93 oct and was throwing codes yesterday, my service 4wd light and check engine light came on, my blind spot monitor, forward collision, speedometer all quit working!! . Went back to stock. The codes were cleared doing this but my ABS light is still on!! Please help!!

Well I have an Intune DCX, and a 2012 Charger and I can confirm having the loss of comms errors as well as an ABS VIN mismatch code and I didn't even use the tire adjustments parameter. I hope this gets the focus it deserves, gets identified, and fixed as I won't chance tuning again and having yet another PCM replaced. Its kind of weird that this is a higher tiered scan tool as well yet it cannot read stored codes that the dealerships can definitely see. There really is no telling how many actually have this problem or a similar one (which does not set a dash light aside from the ABS light for the jeeps) and they won't know until the dealership tells them they need a PCM replacement.

I thought it was a little weird when the DS rep told me they had never seen this kind of issue before and yet here it is.

I had the same issue like you, 2005 ram 1500 daytona, my dealer only reprogram gear ratio differential, and then I never changed adjustment tires.

Did anyone here get their ABS Light fixed?

Has there been any updates on the ABS Light issues?
