no, QA marries the tool to that vehicle.

Funny you say that mikel because at some stage when I was trying to get the tool to do a stock tune, the tool came up with "vehicle not married" man something is going on!!!

if it hasnt written a tune, there is no tune to restore, if you married with QA, go into the QA menu and choose restore all Quick Adjusts.

OK, if I restore back to the stock tune,will the stock tune remain in the tool or gone?

once you restore, the backup file is put back onto the vehicle. The tool will no longer have a backup stored
