LOSS OF STEERING WHEEL CONTROLS, COMPASS, AND TPMS JEEP JK

i'm heading to bed now and then to work tonight, and i'm prob not gonna mess with anything until monday because i've been burned by the weekend tuning before. If someone tries this and it's a fix, please post up, and i'll feel a bit better about doing it over the weekend.

Well after installing the new DSdownloader (12/5/2013), installing the new f crom and following the TPMS instructions noted above by Garrett (I disabled and enabled it twice to each tune to be sure) but there are still issues.
The steering wheel stereo controls NOW work however the compass, auto headlight sensor and many personal options are still not working or available.
Personal option selections missing from the EVIC menu still:
- Auto unlock on exit
- RKE unlock
- Sound horn with RKE lock
- Flash lamp with lock
- Headlamp off delay
- Headlamps with wipers
- Illumin approach

Please let us know where to go from here...
PS- The tune I installed was a 10% throttle modified 93 Octane tune.

Thank you, steering wheel controls is working now BUT no compass yet! my jeep is sport model. 93 performance tune

one more thing.. if i restore the audio will not work i because the TPMS is disabled in the stored back up tune and i have to enable it then the trinity will be married!

So i havent yet loaded this tune, but, i set my jeep back to stock and my tire size, again, stayed at 33.5, the compensated size that is accurate for my 35's. and i drove it with no tune loaded and my speedo was accurate. why did my tire size not return back to stock? my 35's should be puttin me a few mph over speedo read out. using my gps and its DEAD on. this should not be the case if restored back to Original tune.

And another question: If i update my trinity it's gonna fix compass and steering wheel controls only with a tune loaded? or how does this work? cuz they arent there with original tune installed. sooo, this tune is supposed to fix the FACTORY tune to get my compass and controls back? so i'm just supposed to plug the thing into my jeep and voila, compass and steering wheel controls are back? or do i have to load a tune in order for it to restore them? cuz then that leads me to believe that once i load a tune it'll save my original, with no compass and shit, then the tune will fix it once loaded, but when i need to go back to Original i'll lose it all again? shit dont make sense to me.

i just feel like my jeep is so damn confused right now. No compass or controls with original stock tune loaded, and my tire size is STUCK at my tuned size of 33.5" even with original backup installed. wtf?? any way i can just clear the whole damn thing and start from scratch? gotta have a dealer reflash i suppose.

Thought my Jeep took a total dump - ABS Lights, Brake Light, Traction Light, Sway Bar light flashing, No Speedo, Odometer and Tripometer. Reset to factory to take to dealer. Compass disappeared, Audio Controls, ...

Took to dealer and found that a squirrel - they are all around my office - had chewed through two wires coming off the fuse block. Wanted to $200 to fix but didn't have time that day. Removed the fuse block this weekend and found it was actually just 2 wires. Really? I fixed in 15 minutes max!

All lights out but still no Compass, Audio Controls, ... Well I was going to re-flash with Trinity and looking on the forums discovered these issues.

What is the status on a new crom? No Compass or Audio Controls. By the way, did the whole Fog Lights / DRL issue get resolved from the previous post

Also...Rear Defroster light flashes when Jeep turned on or started. It eventually goes out. Any ideas or related?

the compass and audio controls have been fixed, by updating to the latest version, install a tune and disable tpms, then reenable tpms and the controls and compass come back.

and what happens once we remove the tune? they go away again? or does this fix the factory tune and fixes it permanently?

Yep still no compass. Have audio controls with tune loaded.

Took it back to stock, audio controls are gone again. I don't want to have this thing married just to use my damn audio controls!!

Will a dealer reset fix EVERYTHING? If so I'll just pay the $$ so I don't gotta play this game any longer. Start fresh.

if the tune is back to original, try doing the quick adjust all by itself, disable, then reenable and the tune will be out, and the audio and compass will come back on.

also, for the compass, are you seeing it completely missing, wrong direction displayed, or dashes where it should show?

Ok. The quick adjust worked for audio controls but still no compass. And the compass goes away completely. No dashes or anything when it goes away. No dashes or anything.
