Having the same problem... 2005 Dodge Power wagon. Freezes while trying to create custom logs or view monitor. This is very frustration as I have installed a custom tune and need to log some date to send back to the programmer. Looking forward to the fix. I am not angry as I understand any software will have "bugs" Just anxious to get it worked out. Otherwise my trinity is amazing. I've had other tuners before that promised huge results and non have come through. Thank you for a such a great product!!

Any update on when there's going to be a fix? Makes me feel like a bought a $500 flashy paper weight.... you might want to update your instruction manual on how you get the original backup file while your at it.

i'm having the same problem in my 05 srt4, my trinity is freezing completely anytime i try to record/monitor more than a couple pid's. I then have to unplug the trinity and plug it back in again to get out of the freeze and none of my logs are saved because of this. I really hope the trinity doesnt freeze like this during a flash and cause me to lose my stock tune or damage the pcm...An update soon would be great! never had any problems like this with my intune...

Its been a week. Any update on the fix? I love my tune, but the trinity is sitting lonely in the console of the truck. Since I cant use it to monitor or log anything it seems like a waste to have bought the trinity as opposed to the intune. Please update soon. I cannot Log the information I need to send back to Hemifever for my custom tune until this is fixed.

Over a month, I announced issues back in October. Don't hold your breath on a fix.

Nothing like spending $700 on a tuner only to have it not fully function properly as soon as you install it. This better happpen soon or I'll just yank it sell it and go bulldog.

put factory tune back in the truck.
downloaded the file to fix the gauge issue.
tried to reload and it asks for tune type- hit diablo
asks for mod or original.
says cant find original-already stored or not saved.
will only take me to modify stock or original back up.
cant get to the different diablo tunes or to my factory backup!!!!!!!!

can you go to options/troubleshooting/show calid and tell me what it is?
did you try the monitoring by chance?

at my office now.
the 3 pages of gauges did not freeze.
the last page is just the rpm gauge.3 pages total.
it appears that the factory tune did not back up!
I have trinity plugged into computer and when I try to get tune file from tool it says no back up or last tune!
have I totally lost the factory tune?
