I got the info I need I think from searching the threads on here. The knock is most likely a bad tank of gas. I filled up at a cheap mom and pop store instead of Shell.
I have short term and long term "between" the gear shifts at WOT, not during the shift change. Short term spikes up to 4 and slowly drops down. Long term spikes right in the middle of the short term readings at 4650 rpms.
