I gave our shipping dept the tracking info, and here is their response to me:

Far as all our records over here we have not received this RMA. It says delivered on 5-31 which was a Saturday….We have had mail since then so even if the mailman left it in the box they would have gave it to us by now.

Unfortunately, we have not seen it.

this is why we avoid USPS, it can be tough to deal with issues like this, Id try calling someone.

They say they delivered it saturday, but we were not here saturday...

ok i just hung up with my local usps. they said really not much they can do if it showing that it was delivered and all. they said to find out more from yall . can you maybe check with yalls local post office and see if they have it or sent it back or something? im sorry this is becoming a ordeal. i just want to get my truck up back n going
