Look's like some of us have the same calid. (all of the one's that posted up) I'm willing to bet the other's have it too.

We appreciate any help you guy's can give us with this problem. Please update us later on. This way we know what to expect when we recommend Diablo to other member's new and old.

Thank's Mike/Johan/Diablo.

how do we know whats in these updates ??
how do we even know if they are safe to use ?

when are you going to stop using paying customers as test victims?

when will you stop ignoring us?

Matti, While i appreciate your concern in this matter, Im trying to keep this civil. The last 2 lines when insinuations, and in my opinion not needed. This thread shows they arent ignoring us, Yes they arent fast replies but i also understand how software bugs can take time to reach a solution. And they are doing nothing different then cell phone companies when they release a software update. Yes it might have had ill effects on our products but that is why its a never ending process. Bugs happen when it comes to software and there is really no way to get around "using paying customers as test victims" because that is who uses your soft ware.

I would like there to be some form of a list showing what models/makes where effected by the updates so it would be easier to know if i truely needed to update or not.

Would i like this issue fixed last week, of coarse i would. But do i understand the limitations that would cause solutions to take longer than expected, yes. Now Mike said he would look at the issue, so im gunna give mike time to keep his word but please try and keep your comment civil and to the point.

^^^ I agree. It took some time and lot of hard work to crack these PCM's. So long as they are looking into it and trying to fix it, give them a fair chance to work it out.

Just a suggestion: I think it would be wise and help the end user aswell as to help Diablo lighten the load at time's, if the tool was allowed to downgrade crom's. Maybe limit it to no more than 2/3 crom's back. This way if there is a picticular problem with a new update/crom the user can go back to a crom that worked and not be stuck with one that is not working/causing problem's with there vehicle. I think this would help everyone involved and create a win/win situation for everyone. Happy customer, Happy Diablo employee's, Happy community = more tool's sold. JMO

I have an 06 Dodge 1500 with a 5.7, I just purchased my Trinity Version v.1r13a
I have no transmission options what so ever. It shows under last tune written "TCM: not saved", But under show cal ID It shows TCM Cal ID ** , then under that is 56029224AE.
I heard good things DS on the Doge and Ram forums. I should have read this forum before purchasing. I didn't know there was such a huge issue. I'm very disappointed to say the least!!!!

Too Funny - thread started in August, he responded weeks ago and hasn't responded since. I guess there's your answer. Guess all we can do is blow up the forums and let everyone know so they don't make the same mistake we made.

Mike, we have been pretty patient on the issue. is there any update on the cause or possible solution to this issue? Would really like to have my trans tuning capabilities back.

Guy's this is kinda sad. You guy's ever heard the old saying about mutual cooperation, One Hand Wash's The Other? Sure there's only 26 post, but there's also 687 view's. Wonder what those reader's are thinking??? Your silence hurt's you guy's the most. (Think about it) People come on this board to get help, Ignoring them is the worst thing you could do. Their your customer's and supporter's, you could at least acknowledge them with a response. Treat them like you would want to be treated in the same situation. JMO (you guy's do what you think's right)

He is completely right. And the best part about this whole thing and the timing to go with it is, HPtuners have cracked the mopar code and are finally starting to get the feet wet in it. So it looks like you guys wont be able to monopolize mopar custom tuning and I know damn good and well this will be my last dealings with Diablo,

I have tried to be patient and give you guys the benefit of the doubt, not even requesting a solution, just some feed back on the matter. But there comes a time you realize the company does give a damn about there customers and support to just even try to communicate. I think the worst part is you continue responding to other topics, but just let the ones go that you dont wish to support in hopes they will just be quiet and bend over for you.

Since they are only open during normal working hours I had to take the morning off and call them. They said the Trinty doesn't support my CALID TCM#56029224AE. Only 56029224AF, and I need to take to dealer and have them update it or wait till they can fix the problem. I asked when did they think. Mike said it could be a few weeks - it could be longer. ... So I take more time off work and pay the dealer $100 to check it out. They say they refuse to update it and say its Fed Regs and emissions laws BS. So now I'm out $100 bucks more plus a bunch of hours of work that I didn't get paid for! I had my custom tuner guy (Dave/White Lightning) call and talk with them. It didn't help. All I can say is WTF. You'd think they'd have the decency to post something on here even if it's BS like we're working on it. I see they answer lot's of other threads. I hope HP gets good at it so I can dump my $600 paperweight!!!!!
