the odd behavior on the dash while loading the tune is normal for the ecoboost vehicles. Weird, but normal
touch crashing while driving later seems unrelated...

If you have auto wipers, disabling them (set to OFF) before you start the flash should resolve them coming on during the process.

Brian will check the logs and let you know, but I dont think that KR is anything to be concerned with

The whole windshield wipers/sync restarting and all that other stuff is just what they do when you enter flash mode. All the new ones do something to that effect. I will admit the windshield wipers was a new one that only the SHO seems to do that I’ve seen I found it rather odd myself.

Also the rolling idle may just be because all the throttle learning is reset upon loading the tune. As I said in my email pinpointing a 50rpm roll on cold start would be hard for me to create
