It's OK.
All of us are somebodies customer for something so everyone has a right to to complain if it does work as advertised.
Some just do it differently than others. Anyone who deals with customers who get nasty at times really would like to go off on the person. But that doesn't get anyone anywhere.
I get ALOT of e-mails every day and I try to respond as quickly as I can, but I have many things to do during the day.. as we all do.
I just got back to Michigan (where I live) and my 7.3 is sitting out there so I am going to do some testing on it.

To the above .. You may want to kiss butt, but my fangs are showing only because of the pain in my kness ( and wallet ) from begging.. and for what, just to have a product that works ??? They made the claims of refund not me.... Mike Wesley if you took the time to fix the problem instead of sending pictures or telling me your life's story maybe all of us 7.3 owners wouldn't be holding our hands on our ass...

Well I'm a little afraid after the bad-ass JABORDER told me to shush-up, what a macho stud telling me to "shush-up" doesn't that just scare shit out of us men who speak up rather then lurk .. Piss still dribbles down my leg when I think of him "Lurking" on this forum...Scares the crap out of us doesn't it guys...He exemplifies whats wrong with the country right now ... Political Correctness..... and no balls to speak up on his own...Ok enough... For all us 7.3L men (not lurkers) I had 2 months of dealing with the owner of Diablosport, Mike Wesley.. At first I had reservations about him..After dealing with him he is the real deal and I'm convinced our problems will be resolved. We spoke on the phone numerous times and he sent me one of the new tunes for towing as I was going on a 3k mile round trip...worked great...He also explained the complexity of the various PCM's... So although I would rather be a gerbil in San Francisco during the Vaseline appreciation festival then to risk another verbal pummeling from our resident bad - ass the fierce lurker, JABORDER, screw him ( and judging from his post he'd probably enjoy it) As we say in Reno ... I SAID MUH PIECE...
