Tried it again....same results! I also tried calling the tech support line at 3:35 my time...and was on hold for 30 minutes and no answer. The trinity still won't load the backup. I will try calling again Friday with better luck...I HOPE!!

Is this the cron... v.1r13j? Key is on. But it tells me that there is a performance tune already installed...not possible!! And everything works perfect on my Camaro!! I'm pretty positive about the install method since I've done it several times over the last 4 years.

Would the factory have tuned this for the turbo?

it would still be a factory GM stock tune.. not an aftermarket tune....

Do I have the correct update installed in the tool??

What extention should I call

I dont see this getting fixed over the phone, I really dont know what might be happening here.

My only thought is it maybe the tool, how long have you owned it?

he's had his trinity since around 2011/2012....

I've never had any problems with the tool. And I've used it many times. I bought it from Lew! What do I do now...seems like it won't support the Cruze.

Tried it again...same results! Emergency brake on, stereo power off, no accessories plugged in!!! Plus...flashed my Camaro and no issues. No possible way it can be the tool!! All of my updates over the years have been downloaded with no problems. The issue has to be on your side...not mine. I have had this car since it had 6 miles on it and no way it can have a performance tune in it already!

and you are for sure restoring the tune to the camaro before you try it inthe cruze?

Absolutely positive!!! It tells me that the tool is unmarried!!
