Thanks for the more complete answer mike. You have a hungry group of existing and potential customers that is really salivating for this tune. I have to think that the population that owns this truck and needs this mod is a large share of your current and future market.

Yup, and we cant move forward with the new Camaro, ATSV, CTSV, etc, until there is TCM support as they will really benefit from it.

Not to be an ass but is there someone specific we can ask, talk, or bug in order to help this along? I know it's been 20 days since I last posted and this thread has been viewed 150+ times. Oh and this is one of the highest viewed topics. We are eager to get this tune and to get the full use out of our programmers, not to mention get our MONEY's worth. Yes, I am military and I like to find and fix the problem. Thank you

You guys have already said that. Lol
The views are only getting higher but I guess I'm the only one who is pushing for a better/faster answer. So I guess take your time. I hate to say, I'm looking into a new tuner. I own a 2015 Midnight Edition w/6.2l which gets people's attention, a lot of which is my fellow military. Then when I'm asked what I've done to it, it always comes to the programmer. Let's just say, I'm no longer covering for you and their responses are pretty sad on your part. You guys boast that you've cracked the new hellcat but you can't get a TCM tune for a transmission that's been out for well over a year. I'd be out if the military if I dragged my feet the way you are. I'll hold off for a month, hoping for an answer.
I ask that everyone else who's interested in this tune, please speak up. Let them know it's not just a few of us.

there is no dragging of feet here. This is not easy. If you look around, you'll find no other tuner that offers T87 control in a handheld, as it is a large task and takes quite a while. Therer are 1000s of parameters to map out, and that simply takes a looong time.
Thanks

I/We appreciate your response sir. I think we would just like a progress report so to say. We keep seeing new tunes come out for brand new vehicles, TV shows where you crack the "impossible" and here we are wondering, where's our tune for a TCM that's been our for over a year? I'm sorry if I get a little assertive but being a gun toter by profession, I will always want things that are faster, bigger and better. In no way do I question the engineers who provide me that, I just back them 100%. I want to back you guys. I could only imagine what this truck can do once you guys unlock it, let alone have Lew get his hands on it.

Also, you say there's no other handheld that provides this tune... well, what better motivation is there to be the first. Just sayin

I don't suppose anyone would be willing to give us an actual progress report? Please not the typical, "we are working on it" or "its coming along" response. I've been working on going back to school but I know how well that's coming along. Lol
