Custom Tune not being recognized

Out of curiosity is there any update on this? I plugged my device into my computer this morning to see if there were any updates and it did in fact download an update. I tried plugging into my truck again, but still nothing there. My guess is that update was for something else, but just figured I'd ask.

Also one other thing I noticed is whenever I drag the TCM file to the device, the device says file is already loaded, which is fine, but then the windows explorer closes and reopens with the "Do you want to scan and fix this drive" message. That might tie in to this whole thing, but I figured I'd share that as well.

Yes, as mentioned we have identified the issue and a fix is forthcoming.

the ecm tune that did load was great. when the tcm issue gets fixed what should I expect to change. I do have the firm shift loaded with Lews custom tune and im digging it. :drivingbad:

I'm curious too, as I have a lot of custom tune guys waiting to use their custom TCM tunes.. :)

no update yet.. and they're on a slim crew this week, because a bunch of them are at SEMA in Vegas all this week..
