Ford fixed the problem with the truck. After changing everthing out on the truck . It had a bad computer or that is what they told me. What ever they did fixed the problem.

Did you ever cut open you oil filter to see if there is any metal in side . If not there should not be anything wrong with the bottom end of your motor . That would be one of the first signs of something wrong.Also try running a colder plug and see if this helps.
