I was able to install the 93 octane tune without changing any of the parameters. I tried going back and changing some of them after installing the tune but got this message. Here is some other info that might be of importance. I really would like to be able to modify some of the parameters. Would really appreciate your help!

It seems there are a few guys with 2016 Chargers who are also having issues trying to modify parameters with the latest Trinity release. Maybe it's the same issue?

Try calling support. I wonder if there is a way to downgrade the Trinity to the previous version, which did work for you. And then keep DS Downloader from auto-updating it when you connect the Trinity to your PC.

I was thinking the same thing after reading all the posts with similar issues. Going to try and contact the support team and see what can be done. I would really like to fix this problem before I take my ride in to be tuned at Inertia Motorsports. It would really suck if I paid for a tune and my PCM would not accept the reflash.

restore the backup then load this update and try again please.
