Exactly correct Superchip's has had coverage or almost a month now basically the same company.

Does Superchips retain the factory warranty if returned to stock prior to visiting the dealer?

Still waiting patiently. These trucks have been on the ground for almost 9 months now GM must have really done a number on the encryption. Makes me wonder what the future holds in the tuning world because I would assume it only going to get harder from here on out.

I have had mine since December and knew I was buy the truck, so I bought the I2030 on black Friday.

I updated my intune for my 2017 gmc 6.2l 8sp and it wouldn't read my truck any help?

wouldn't read it at all, or just the TCM/tranny? the TCM/tranny can not be tuned, only the engine/ECM can be.. so if it reads the ECM ok then mentions something about unsupported controller, you need to skip that, do not let it try to read the unsupported controller.. and then the ECM tune should install ok..

if it won't read the ECM either, then you have an unsupported calibration ID, so the tool should save an ECM_UnknownBackup file to itself. so then you'd need to email that to support, let then know your vehicle info, and they will have to add it into the next update to add support for that particular calibration ID.

Ok I'll give that a try. I didn't skip the anything I let it try to read. I'll let you know.

Mine seems to trying to read the PCM but just sitting there. Is this normal? If I try skipping the TCM by saying No it just sits there also. Can't get past this part of start up.

I have no idea then ... seems like they still have some bugs to work out.. and it doesn't look like Mikel is in or on here today... so probably gotta wait until monday to get more answers/info...
