is there anyone on that can walk me through the crom update?

Ive been having the same problem for over a year now. Nothing seems to fix the issue. This seems to be a recurring issue with the trinity on mopars. Diablo has requested that I send it in, but with it being out of warranty, who knows what cost I'll be looking at to fix the issue? Mine also has never recognized an SD card but that didnt bother me since I never used an SD card.

click update tool on dsdownloader, select the file, then click ok and it will load it

Ok Thank you, Can you verify that this is the newest and latest Crom?

trinity_diablo_dcx_gas-1r13i_update.crom

With this update I did receive 1 additional dashboard which was named "charger" but still have the 07_hemi dashboard.

Do I need to send the tool in and have it wiped and re-programmed? and if so what is the shipping and turn around on something like that? it is still well with in the 1 year warranty.

Will this crom lvl. give me back all of my layouts in logging/ monitoring?
